Tony was known for his good sense of humor, his skills in the kitchen and his love of the outdoors, especially his garden. He was an avid golfer, and would play every day that he could. He also was a talented oil painter and enjoyed hunting and fishing. In his younger years he played baseball and coached the Italian Soccer Club in Philadelphia.
