Terri Marie Timock of Traverse City, Michigan passed away suddenly on February 18, 2022. Terri was born on May 18, 1945 in Flint, Michigan to the late Richard and Margaret Hawks. Terri graduated from Kearsley High School (1963) and worked as a registered nurse for General Motors until she retired in 1999 to Suttons Bay, Michigan. Terri enjoyed golfing, mah-jongg, cooking and spending time with her friends and family. Her life was a testament to kindness, forgiveness and she brought the best out in everyone she met. She put everyone before herself without anyone knowing it. She was a beautiful soul who believed family was everything and it showed daily.
Terri was married to the love of her life, Paul Timock, for 38 years. She leaves behind two loving daughters, Tina Britton of Midland, Michigan and Angela (Greg) Harrant of Denver, Colorado. Terri had a special relationship with her grandchildren, Alex (Emily), Anna (Jake), Avery, Asher, and had recently celebrated the birth of her first great-granddaughter, Lyla, as well as her nieces and nephews, Alicia (Jason), Ryne, Kysn and Adam (Krystl) Addy, Cannon, Josh, Ben and Andy, Mark and Mike). Terri leaves behind other beloved family members and many friends, including lifelong friend Cheryl and her mah-jongg and golf crews. She also deeply loved her brother Richard (Linda), and in-laws; mother Barbara, sister Barb, brother George (Sue).
Her favorite charity was St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (

), and in lieu of flowers, please send donations there. A celebration of life will be held in the summertime. Terri Timock will be forever loved and missed by all.
