Beverly Jean Boldt of Traverse City, age 78 went home into the arms of her loving Savior on June 13, 2023.
Beverly graced this world with her presence on April 28, 1945, born to Louis Carl William Marvin and Ruby Aileen Eberts in Romeo, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Jarrett (brother-in-law); Lanette (granddaughter), and beloved dog, Mac. She is survived by Robert, her husband of 58 years; daughters: Michele (Brad) Crawford, Sherri (Russel) Keech, Dawn (Cameron) Fuller; son: Robert; grandchildren: Amanda, Daniel, Lauren, Nathan, Crystal, Carter, and Curtis; sisters: Mona Jarrett and Margaret (Ray) Downing; aunt: JoAnn Bamberga; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Beverly's life of kindness and generosity largely reflected her personal relationship with Jesus Christ and her love for her family. She was a faithful wife and lifelong partner to her husband, dedicated mother to her children, and delightful grandmother to her grandchildren. With both family and friends, she was always quick to put others' needs before her own.
She had many gifts and talents. She was an excellent seamstress, amazing cook, and had an eye for design. She occasionally referred to styling tips she learned at the design class she took at Port Huron Junior college. She was always looking for ways to make life fun for her family and never passed up the opportunity to have a party. She was truly the heart of her family.
Beverly had the heart of a teacher. She participated in the art enrichment program at her children's elementary school. She was actively involved in the churches she attended as both a Sunday School teacher and a director of children's ministry programs. She led neighborhood Bible studies, and also worked alongside of her husband, a business administrator at their local church.
Her other hobbies included playing guitar & singing, gardening, shopping, bicycling, taking local trips, and watching Hallmark movies.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Please feel free to share your thoughts and memories with Beverly's family on her tribute page at www.
