Daniel "Beechie" Miller

Daniel Beechan “Beechie” Miller, born to earthly life August 1, 1987, went to be with our Lord for eternity on February 18, 2018. Beechie will be forever missed by his parents, Daniel and Maris Miller, brother Jacob and Katherine Miller, niece Charlotte Miller, Grandmother Betty Miller, Grandparents Donald and Bobbie Elliott, Aunts and Uncles Kelly and Debra Miller, David and Kellie Miller, Sue and Doug Bell, Tad Elliott, Cinda and Mike Stukel, Amy Elliott and cousins Adam and Kristin Miller, Chad and Megan Miller, Laura and Mark Abdon, Marisa and Matt Yeiter, AJ Miller, Jordan and Monica Miller, Hunter and Lindsey Miller, Lerran and Steven Bromiel, Carter Miller, Travis and Bekah Bell, Kate and Tyler Palsrok, Lucas Bell, Michael and Stephanie Stukel, Molly Stukel, Matthew Stukel, and many children. He joins heaven with open arms from his grandfather, Clyde Eugene “Gene” Miller. Beechie shared more love, kindness, and laughter in his short thirty years than most do in their lifetime. With his infectious personality and cherubic smile, you couldn’t help but love him-- and love him deeply. Beechie had the biggest heart and carried no judgment; he truly lived a life exemplifying the love that Jesus asks us all to have for one another. His humble acts of service and generosity speak loudly to his sincere kind spirit and selfless love. He would do anything for those closest to him-- anything. Fellowship and companionship with his friends and family were what mattered most to him. If there was anyone you could count on to brighten your day, it was Beechie. His famous one-liners, constant positivity, and cheerful heart will be forever cherished. People forget the things you say and the things you do, but people will never forget the way Beechie made them feel. Beechie greatly enjoyed his time skiing on the mountains, boating in fresh water, catching a good football or baseball game, playing soccer and golf, and could always be counted on for a good chick flick. His zest for life was contagious and Beechie carried himself with such joy. The love that he had for his brother, Jacob, is a true testimony to God’s blessing of brotherhood. His love was fiercely loyal and unconditional and the two were absolutely inseparable. His love and care for his sister-in-law, Katherine, was beyond anything she could have ever dreamt for in a brother. Charlotte, his sweet niece, whom he loved more than anything in the whole world, will forever be his princess. He was kind. He was patient. He was selfless. Beechie’s desire to befriend anyone, no matter what, shall be his legacy. The best gift you could give in his memory is to be more loving, more giving, and to appreciate life to the fullest. He is forever our beloved Beechie and he is absolutely unforgettable. Visitation for Beechie will take place from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23 at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. A celebration of Beechie's earthly life will take place at Bible Baptist Church of Traverse City, 1915 Cass Rd, at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 24th. Childcare will be provided for families and a luncheon will be served afterwards. We ask for letters for Baby Charlotte Miller so she may grow to know her Uncle Beechie through the lens of those who were fortunate to love and be loved by him.
