She was also a member and ran the SERVV program that sells crafts for women in third world countries so they can make a living. For several years she was also the secretary of Church for Women United. In her spare time she enjoyed needle work, reading, puzzles and swimming at the Civic Center Pool regularly. Surviving Jean are her children, Arlene (Richard) Ladonski, Robert (Jean) Brittain, David (Jane) Brittain, Jeanette (Dallas) Lemcool, step-daughter Eileen Miller, grandchildren, Kathryn (Brent) Boes, Eric Brittain, Paul (Amber) Lemcool, Michael (Renee Spalding) Lemcool, Jenny Vanegas, great grandchildren, Ariana, Madeline, Eric, Max, Kristina, Brandon, Phil, Lucas and Connor.
