Phillip Charles DeCaire, 60, of Lake City passed away quietly September 21, 2019 at Union Square Adult Foster Care in Lake City.
Phillip's family and friends will honor him at a private celebration service at Union Square at a later date.
If you wish to honor Phillip memorial contributions may be directed to Union Square AFC, Phillip's loving home for the last several years, 631 S. Vandermeulen Road, Lake City, MI 49651, or to the Cherryland Humane Society, 1750 Ahlberg Road, Traverse City, MI 49696.
Phillip and his family are being cared for by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
