TRAVERSE CITY — Adolph Guy Kroupa died Aug. 6, 2010.Born Aug. 19, 1923, Adolph was a lifelong fruit grower on Old Mission Peninsula. The farm has been in the family several generations. Also, he was a World War II veteran of Pearl Harbor.Adolph enjoyed farming, gardening, fishing, hunting, and most of all, family.Surviving are his sons, William G. and Steven G. Kroupa; daughter-in-law, Cheryl L. Chaney; grandchildren, Crystal R. Crouch, Arianna L. Chaney, Cheleanna M. Chaney, Kali Nicole Grace Chaney; and several great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by four months, by his wife Thelma Kroupa.Please make any donations/memorials to Cherryland Humane Society.The family is being served by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
