Alexander Edward Kirejczyk, 41, of Broomfield, CO passed away January 24, 2025.

Alex was born on October 30, 1983 in New Orleans, LA, the beloved son of Thomas Joseph and Judy Elizabeth (Gat) Kirejczyk and brother to Elizabeth.

Alex was raised in Houston, TX before moving to Traverse City in the late 90's. He graduated from Central Highschool and later earned his associates degree in business from NMC.

Alex loved the great out doors and the mountains, so for the past ten years, he called Colorado home. He was fearless, some would even say a daredevil. He loved to mountain bike, snowboard and camp. He will be remembered for his kind and caring heart and especially his love for family, friends and animals. He attended Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church.

Alex was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Alex is survived by his parents Tom and Judy; sister Elizabeth (James) Wheeler; niece Emma; nephew Aaron; and many aunts, uncles and friends.

The visitation will be held on Friday April 4, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm at Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. All are invited to join in praying the rosary at 7 pm.

The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11 am, with visitation beginning one hour prior at Christ the King. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Please wear black, Alex's favorite color.
