Alexander James O'Brien, 2, of Traverse City was found unresponsive on Friday, November 25, 2022 and officially passed away after organ donation on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
Alex was born to Andrew and Kristen (Long) O'Brien on May 6, 2020 in Traverse City as a twin to his favorite sister Audrey.
