Anita Ione Jennett, passed away on January 22nd, 2023. Loving wife, mother and grandmother went home to be with her Heavenly Father and joined her five brothers and three sisters.

Born in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Nathan Charles Cummins and Lucille Blanch Cummins (Scott) on January 31st, 1936.

Anita is survived by her husband, William H. Jennett, her three daughters; Beverly Jody (Matthew), Tammy DeWilder and Heidi Cummins, her four grandchildren; Johnathon Lohner, Jeffrey Lohner, Sean Jody and Alexandria Cummins and her three great-grandchildren; Charlie, Brycen and London, who she loved and talked of often. She is also survived by her sister, Renata Miller and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service honoring Anita will take place at 11:00 a.m., with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, January 27th, 2023 at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth St., Traverse City, Michigan 49684. Pastor Tim Morris will officiate. Burial will follow in Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Alzheimer's Dementia Resource Center in Anita's name would be appreciated.
