Anthony Dean Lane, 57, of Grawn, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015. Anthony was born on June 4, 1958, in Durham, North Carolina. He enlisted and honorably served our country for 7 years in the United States Marine Corps.

Anthony was employed for 18 years as a certified nurse aide with In Home Health Care Services, Inc., and he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his daughter and grandson.

He is survived by his daughter Meghan DuPont; grandson, Jamison Lane Karas..
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, with visitation held one hour prior. Military Honors will be provided by the Cherryland VFW Post 2780. Burial will take place at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for Jamison Lane Karas, c/o 4 Front Credit Union, 3745 US-31 Traverse City, MI., 49684.
