Lewiston - Bernard N. Borsos, 57 of Lewiston passed away January 24, 2014 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan with his family by his side.
Bernie was born on February 16, 1956 in Dearborn to Bernard J. and Christina (Barreto) Borsos.
Bernie graduated from Trenton High School in 1974 and went to work for General Motors. He retired in the early 2000's. In his spare time Bernie loved to be in the outdoors which brought him to his home in northern Michigan. He loved to hunt, fish and snowmobile. He will be deeply missed by his family and especially his golden retriever Osa.
Bernie is survived by his mother Christina, sister Marie, brothers Robert and Gary, and nephews Jake and Austin, all of Houston, TX.
Bernie was preceded in death by his father Bernard.
Memorial contributions in memory of Bernie may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
Mass of Christian Burial and Graveside services will take place at a later date. Bernie will be interred in his family Crypt at Michigan Memorial Park
