Beryl Fenton Mendenhall

TRAVERSE CITY - Beryl Fenton Mendenhall, 85 of Traverse City, found peace in the early morning of Feb. 1, 2017. Beryl was born in Mt. Sterling, KY., on Feb.27, 1931 to the late Arthur and Etna (McNabb) Wages. She was the loving wife of the late Ernest C. Mendenhall.
Beryl was also the proud mother of Ernest C. (Barbara) Mendenhall Jr., Karen (Mark) Weise and the late Jeffrey A. (Tamisha) Mendenhall. She will be missed by her grandsons; Aaron (Christy) and Kyle Mendenhall, Brandon, Zachary and Nicholas Weise as well as her great grand-daughter Avery; brother, John (Judy) Wages and a sister, Lois (Edward) Collins.
Beryl was pre-ceded in death by her sister Ursula (Sue) Brown and brothers Harold and Donald Wages, as well as her grandchildren Thomas and Olivia Mendenhall.
A memorial service will be held in the spring at Bethany Church of God in Sterling Hts., MI.
The family is being cared for by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
