Betty Jean Fielstra

Betty Jean Fielstra, 91, of Traverse City, Michigan, went to her eternal home in Heaven on July 14, 2022. She was born May 11, 1931 in Charlevoix, Michigan, and married the love of her life, Gerald Fielstra, on January 12, 1951. Her legacy of kindness and dedication to family leaves her loved ones with wonderful memories of a life well lived.

Betty is survived by her husband of 71 years, Gerald Fielstra; children Sheila Atwood, David Fielstra, Sally Dykhuis, and Nancy Lemoi and their spouses; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother and 2 sisters.

Visitation and funeral will take place Monday, July 18, at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively at Faith Reformed Church, 1139 E. Front St, Traverse City, Michigan 49686.
