Bradley Wayne Fowler

Bradley Wayne Fowler, 61, of Traverse City passed away October 6, 2021 at his home.

Bradley was born on April 2, 1960 in Holland to the late Charles "Chuck" Wayne and Betty (Bronson) Fowler. He grew up in Holland and went to work for the Herman Miller Factory for many years.

Bradley and his soul mate Jane Elizabeth Pennell were childhood neighbors and later connected when they were young adults. They were together for 42 years and loved each other greatly.

Bradley will be remembered for his love of cars. He liked going to car shows and would often pull over and take pictures of old cars that he saw on the street. He loved anything with a 455 and his favorite car was his 1971 Buick Riviera.

In his free time he liked to eat Mexican Food (the spicier the better), enjoy a good bloody Mary and care for animals. He also enjoyed listening to a variety of music, everything from easy listening to heavy metal. He was funny, extremely intelligent and strong willed.

Bradley will be greatly missed by his best friend, Jane Pennell; their sons Michael and David Fowler; his sister Shelie (Mike) Essenburgh; brother Brian Fowler; uncle Nick Fowler; and Jane's siblings Jay (Deb) Pennell, Joy and Jill Pennell, Judy (Stan) Taylor and Jerry (Donna) Pennell.

The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 10:30 at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. A luncheon will follow.

Memorial contributions in his honor may be directed to American Heart Association.
