C. Nadyne Horn, 95 of Traverse City passed away peacefully on June 2, 2021.
Nadyne was born on December 15, 1925 in Detroit to the late Franklin and Chloea (Fuller) Correll.
Nadyne was raised in Waterford Michigan and graduated from Clarkston High School.
Nadyne married Herbert E. Horn on May 4th, 1945.
Nadyne and Herbert owned and operated Flint Pipe and Well Supply.
Nadyne was a homemaker and a wonderful mom to their five children.
In her free time she enjoyed traveling all over the country in her motorhome, volunteering at Munson Medical Center and spending time with friends. She was active in 4-H with her children. She also liked to clog and social dance.
She was a talented artist and created many beautiful stained glass pieces and drawings. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Nadyne was preceded in death by her husband Herbert, her son Robert "Bob" Horn and her brother Ronald Correll.
Nadyne is survived by her children Karen (Vern) Carlson, Marsha (Dr. Frank) Butts, Gregory Horn, Tina Horn, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren.
The family plans to celebrate Nadyne's life privately.
Her final resting place is Oakwood Cemetery in Traverse City, Michigan.
