Conrad Arnold Proctor

Conrad Arnold Proctor, MD (known as “Cap”) was born July 14, 1934 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Dr. Bruce and Luena Proctor. He had one sibling, Margaret (Peggy) Hyvarinen.

Cap is survived by Phyllis (Ne, Phyllis Darlene Anderson), his beloved wife of seventy years.

Together they bore four children:

Daughter Sharon Darlene Pins (husband Chris);

Daughter Barbara Jan Brown (husband William);

Son David Conrad Proctor

Son Todd Bruce Proctor (wife Maria).

These children gave Cap and Phyllis ten Grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren.

Cap’s life was fulfilled by love of family, of medical research and private practice, of service as a Captain in the US Army, of fishing the western hemisphere in search of world record fish, of travel and sports (especially of the “Wolverines” in Ann Arbor where he had received his baccalaureate and medical degrees as an Otolaryngologist.) However, his largest passion was to know better his LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ thru bible study and Sunday school, teaching and sharing of the Gospel with everyone he knew.

Cap went to be with his LORD on August 7, 2026.
