The amazing man, full of life and a problem solver of all types; he was notorious for meeting a stranger and leaving with them as a friend.
Carl stormed the world, always seeking another big adventure. Whether it be a 21-day hunt in the Yukon Territory or his weekly poker games where he often walked away a big winner, Carl was always up for a good time.
After purchasing and refurbishing 13 different John Deere Tractors, he used them in many different facets of his daily living and chores.
Carl is survived and missed by his children; Janet (John) Pray, Carl (Gail) Kevwitch and Lori Kevwitch-Halse. He is also survived and missed by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and way too many friends to mention.
He is preceded in death by his parents and all siblings but Margaret.
A private time of gathering and reflection has taken place. Carl was laid to rest with his wife Dorothy at Oakwood City Cemetery. A celebration of life will take place at a later date when all can gather and raise a toast to the man, the legend and the hero. Dates and times will be announced at
