Catherine Patterson's Obituary
Catherine Louise Patterson, 92, of Old Mission Peninsula passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Traverse Manor.
Catherine was born on July 11, 1920 to the late Hugh T. and Laura (Klug) Brose in the Swissvale borough of Pittsburgh, PA. She attended and graduated from Aspinwall High School. On September 5, 1947 she entered into marriage with John R. Patterson, celebrating 65 years together before his passing in September of last year.
Catherine enjoyed traveling and was able to visit much of the world along side her husband, John. With his career the couple made their home in 26 different places around the globe before moving to Traverse City permanently in 1977.
Catherine is survived by the many neighbors and friends she made along the way.
Catherine was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
No services will take place and memorial contributions may be directed to the Father Fred Foundation.
