Charles Wayne Edwards, age 90, of Traverse City, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Wayne was a sharpshooter in the National Guard, recruited as a teenager. He was a salesman for many years with Spartan Stores. To him, his family and job were of top priority.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean Edwards; son, Charles (Michelle) Edwards; granddaughters, Judith (Walter) Edwards, Catherine (Jon) Edwards; and sister-in-law, Judith VanAmburg.
Per Wayne's wishes, cremation will take place and no formal services will be held.
