TRAVERSE CITY —
Charlotte Jane Reamer, of Traverse City, passed away March 6, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., after receiving last rites at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital after complications with delivery. Charlotte was born on March 5, 2012, at 6:51 a.m., at Munson Medical Center, where she was baptized.
Charlotte weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz., and was 20 inches long. She was a beautiful baby girl who will be greatly missed by her parents, Steven and Chloe Reamer, and her big brothers, Aiden and Brady.
Charlotte is also survived by her grandparents, Tammy Reamer, Jean (Greg) Noah, Robert (Stephanie) Reamer and Dean (Robyn) Grierson; aunts, Sarah Jane Grierson and Emily Grierson; uncles, Alex Grierson and Chase Grierson; and many other loving family members and friends. Charlotte was preceded in death by her great-grandpa, Larry Hency; and great-aunt, Sharon Mammel.
The visitation for Charlotte will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis Catholic Church on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at 10 a.m. Charlotte will be laid to rest at Lindwood Cemetery in Long Lake.
Memorial contributions in memory of Charlotte may be directed to the Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools or to the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
The family would like to thank both Munson Medical Center and Helen DeVos Children's Hospital for their outstanding care during this extremely difficult time.
