Christopher Lee Seymour, 58, of Traverse City passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014 away at his home. Chris was born on November 25, 1955 in Berkley, Michigan to the late Marmaduke and Cecilia (Rice) Seymour.
He had been employed as a baker for the Franklin Restaurant. Chris loved to live in northern Michigan being outdoors and fishing was his favorite pastime. When he was cooking and baking for his family and friends is when Chris was the happiest.

Chris is survived brothers and sisters; Ed (Marti) Seymour, Tom (Marilyn) Seymour, Sue (Dan) Goff, Cis Powell, Doug Seymour, Megan (Russ) Pankau and Kathy (Jerry) Angers. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris was preceded in death by a brother; Herb Seymour and a brother-in-law; Jim Powell.

A celebration of Chris' life will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth Street Traverse City, MI 49684.
