INDIAN RIVER — Clifford V. Worm, 50, of Indian River, formerly of Traverse City, found peace in the arms of the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012.Born July 15, 1961, in Traverse City, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Hazel (Kay) Worm Sr. On Dec. 31, 2000, in Las Vegas, he married the former Pamela Lux.Cliff was a long-time member of the Indian River Fraternal Order of Eagles; a life-time member of the North American Hunting Club; and a member of the V.F.W. Cherryland Post 2780, Men's Auxiliary.He enjoyed family foremost followed by participating in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, boating, camping and gardening, as well as canning and cooking.Dedication to family, friends and career were the characteristics that best defined Cliff. He was loved and cherished by all of his brothers and sisters, as well as his wife, children and grandson. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.He is survived by his wife, Pamela Worm, of Indian River; his children, Ivy Elizabeth (Donnie) Covaciu, of Indiana, and Emilie Worm, of Lake Ann; his step-son, Josh Johnson, of Traverse City; step-daughter, Jessica (Dave) Crockett, and their son, Davy Crockett, of Grawn; siblings, Lorraine (Gene) Bowers, of Mt. Pleasant, Wilfred (Gail) Worm Jr., of Interlochen, Sandra (Jack Sage) Worm, of Interlochen, Rob (Crissy Antoine) Worm Sr., of Grawn; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.In addition to his parents, Cliff was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Victoria; and uncles, Arthur Worm, Jack Peters, Willie Johns and Donald Munz.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, with visitation beginning at noon, at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.In remembrance of Cliff, memorials may be directed to the Clifford V.
