Traverse City - Constance Marie "Connie" (nee Spohn) Butz of Flint, age 91,died Friday March 10th Surviving are daughter, Lynn of Swartz Creek, son, Frank (RuthAnn Leppala) of Traverse City, grandchildren: Tony of Colorado, Nikkilynn (Chad) Stoltenberg, of Grand Blanc, Beth Anne (Bruce) Bair of Fenton, Raye Anne Heid (deceased), Mary Anne(Andy) Belanger of Traverse City, Willis Bullard of Washington, and Melissa Bullard of Traverse City. great-grandchildren, Ashley, Calli, Chris, Kirsten, Bailey,
Eric, Joshua (Kaitlin) , Noah, Emma, Beau and Evan. Great- great grandchildren, McKenna, Mason and Ever; Sister Pat (deceased) (Alden/Skip deceased) Root of Davision, Phyllis June of Millington, and brother John (Ann) Spohn of Davison and many loved nieces and nephews. Beloved
pet Tyler Marie. Connie was preceded in death by her parents James and Loretta Spohn, brothers Ed, Bud, Jerry, Sid, sisters Rita and Pat and life partner Joe Mizrock.
Connie was proud of her family and loved them deeply.
Both Connie and family will be eternally grateful for her Hawthorne House family, and the countless acts of love, kindness, and patience displayed by the Grand Traverse Pavilions/Hawthorne House staff, Dr. Angela Pohl, Nurse Greene, and Hospice of Michigan
Visitation for Connie will take place from 9 until 11 a.m. Thursday, March 16 at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home with a service beginning at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
