Constance Jane Schneider, 80, of Traverse City passed away October 28, 2012 at her home. Constance is survived by her husband Jack and family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 5 until 8 pm at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in memory of Constance may be directed to Munson Hospice.
