It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Damon Lee Schopieray, age 27, of Cedar, Michigan, on Friday, April 7, 2023.

Damon leaves behind his greatest joys, Hadley Rose and Ella Marie Schopieray; mother of his daughters, Kelsey Caswell; his father Dale Schopieray; mother Angela Hansen; brother Colton Schopieray, his partners in crime Papa and Mimi; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.

A private ceremony has taken place with a celebration of life planned this summer.
