Dawn Ann Humphreys passed away into the arms of Jesus at the age of 90 in Traverse City, Michigan, on November 12, 2022.

Dawn was the oldest of two. She truly adored her brother Ronald.

Dawn earned her master's degree in Librarian Media Science, and retired from Roscommon High School.
Dawn loved to help people in any area she could! She truly loved working in the library helping students with scholarships and watching them grow and succeed.

In her free time, Dawn loved to read, review student scholarship letters, spending time with family, traveling all around the world to historical sites, and devoting herself to her Lord as a faithful member of Central United Methodist Church.

Dawn's remaining family will always love and cherish the memories they had together. A family ceremony will be held in the summer to celebrate her life.

She is survived by her granddaughter Tabatha Humphreys and was preceded in death by her parents; son Garrett Humphreys; and brother Ronald Weiss.

Dawn's family would also like to give special thanks to the staff at French Manor, Hospice of Michigan, and ProMedica Hospice for their loving care and guidance. They are greatly appreciated.
