Donald Edward Warren, 92, of Traverse City passed away Saturday March 2, 2019 at Munson Medical Center with his family at his side.

Don was born on December 29, 1926 in Duluth, Minnesota. After a short time his family moved to East Lansing, MI where he attended school and then Michigan State College.

Don served two years in the Navy during World War II. After his time in the service he married Virgilene Anna Burton in 1948.

Surviving Don is his wife of 70 devoted years, two children Julie Ann Warren and Donald (Paula) Burton Warren, Grandson Brian Beach, and Great Granddaughter Amelia Beach.

Memorial contributions in Don's honor may be directed to the Traverse City Senior Center Building Fund. Checks may be written out to the TC Senior Center.
