Donna Catherine Knapp, 97 of Bellaire passed away August 19, 2013 at Meadow Brook in Bellaire.
Donna was born on January 21, 1916 in Walnut, IL to the late Alva E. and Edna B. (Dansereau) Strouss.
On October 23, 1927 Donna married Jack R. Knapp in Jackson, MI.
In her spare time Donna enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband Jack.
Donna is survived by her children John (Ann) Knapp of Alden, David Knapp of Las Vegas, NV, and son Steven Knapp of Orange, CA, Karen (Richard Siegel), Jennifer Knapp and Nipper (Marija) Knapp, and three great grandchildren.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will celebrate her life at a private service at a later date.
Memorial contributions in memory of Donna may be directed to the Cherryland Humane Society.
