Donna M. Palmer, 85, of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Munson Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.
Donna was born on February 16, 1930, in Ypsilanti, MI, to the late Marcus and Dorothy (McClumpha) Wiseley. She married the late Richard "Dick" Martin Palmer, on January 12, 1950, in Angola, IN. Together they lovingly raised four wonderful children.
Donna was a member at Christ the King Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and tending to her wood stove. She loved having her family and friends come to visit, so she could spend hours in her kitchen cooking.
Surviving Donna are her children, Vickie Skop of Boyne City; Martin (Lynn) Palmer of Williamsburg; Jeffery (Sharon) Palmer of Traverse City; Alleen (Ron) Popp of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Jessie, Brandon, Kara, Douglas, Richard "Ricky," Marilyn, Spencer, Max, and Hayden, and eleven great-grandchildren, brothers, Daniel Wiseley and Jack Wiseley and many other loving family members and friends, especially her best friend Mary Ann Johnston.
A Memorial Service will be held at noon for Donna on Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Christ the King Catholic Church.
