Traverse City-Dorothy Marie Ford, 82, of Traverse City, and a former resident of Daytona Beach, FL, died Tuesday morning, January 15, 2012, at Munson Medical Center, following a brief illness.

Born in Detroit on February 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Odie and Alma (Moonen) Tullos.

She is survived by her children; daughter, Clare M. Spaulding of Traverse City, son, Edward (Leila) Ford of Trenton; brother, Raymond Tullos; grandchildren, Kelly (Kyle) Orr and Jason (Melissa) Spaulding; great grandchildren, Jordan and Kaleb Orr and Haden and Mason Spaulding.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Edward Ford and brothers, Richard, Henry, William and Andrew Tullos.

Dorothy will be remembered privately by her family.
