Edith "Jeannette" (Clutterbuck) Pahl, 84 of Traverse City completed her earthly journey and has gone onto the great promise of everlasting life on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Cherry Hill Haven in the loving presence of her husband, daughter and granddaughter.

Jeannette was born on March 1, 1929 in Houston, Tx to the late Fred and Freida (Bergmann) Clutterbuck. The family returned to the Traverse City area in 1933 and Jeanette lived in Traverse City for the rest of her life.

A lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church she lived her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Using her God given ability Jeannette taught Sunday School, was a member of the Adult Choir and served others thru the Dorcus Society at Trinity.

Jeannette will fondly be remembered for her love of gardening, sewing, canning and cooking. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
