Elizabeth Anne Detloff

TRAVERSE CITY - Elizabeth "Betty" A. Detloff, age 76 of Traverse City, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020.

Elizabeth worked for TCAPS food and nutrition services at west high, a job she truly enjoyed. She belonged to St. Francis Parish where she served as a Eucharistic minister and laundry lady.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons; Phil (Shari) and Kenneth Detloff, two grandchildren; Joseph Detloff and Lillian Detloff, brother, Dan Tomaszewski, sisters; Sue (Paul) Stergar and Pat (Rick) Matte, nieces; Lisa Mazur, Mary (Dr. Dave) Niemeyer and Amy Stergar and a nephew, Steve Stergar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd and nephew, Doug Mallock.

Cremation has taken place. A funeral mass will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, August 28, 2020 at St. Francis Catholic Church. A visitation will be held one-hour prior in the garden at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. A luncheon will be held in the garden at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home immediately following mass. Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery next to her husband at 2:00 pm following the luncheon.
