Eugene Ray (Peewee) Saultz, was born to Eugene and Willa Mae Saultz on July 11, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio, he died on Friday, March 31, 2017 in Traverse City, MI. Peewee was a dear, sweet soul who was loved by his many friends and family. His soft heart and tenacious spirit overcame many challenges and inspired everyone he knew. He was generous with his time and talents whenever someone needed help. Music was important to him. He loved to sing and was a closet guitar player. He used his musical and technical talents in various bands; singing and running sound systems. He is survived by his sisters, Regina Saultz Ortiz of Lodi CA. and Sandy Holiday of Columbus, OH as well as many cousins. Dick and Dianne (Doten) Morrison of Traverse City, their children and extended family counted him as part of their family and he adopted them as well. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

A Memorial Service honoring Eugene will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Central United Methodist Church, 222 N. Cass St., Traverse City, Michigan, 49684. Pastor Chris Lane will officiate.
