Gary A. Cork, 70, of Traverse City, passed away June 22, 2016.
Gary was born in Dearborn, to the late Lee and Evelyn (Tomlin) Cork on May 5, 1946.
During his successful career in Traverse City he served as a Certified Public Account during which he was a partner for Price and Cork and Lane, Calcutt and Cork and as the business owner of Snap Printing. After retiring, Gary was likely found on the golf course or on the boat enjoying the outdoors with his family. He also enjoyed his long time membership in The Exchange and Elks Club.
Gary is survived and missed dearly by his wife Suzanne (Crist), his son Christopher (Anne) and daughter Kimberle (Brad) Stowe. He is also leaving behind his four beautiful grandchildren; Jack, Alice, Max and Nathan. Family members; Nancy Hoshaw, Carol Peck, Linda Foster, Ken Cork and Larry Cork, as well as many additional extended family members and dear friends.
He is preceded in death by Lee Cork and Jim Cork, as well as his parents.
Visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00pm and 5:00 - 7:00pm at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Sunday June 26. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday June 27 at 10:00am, at Immaculate Conception Church with a visitation one hour prior.
