Traverse City – Gerald 'Jerry' Cameron Dew, passed away August 31st at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Jerry was born in Saginaw, MI in 1928 and later attended Michigan State University. He graduated with a degree in Engineering. He served his country in the US Army for four years. He was employed as an engineer at AT&T for 30 years.
Jerry was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and outdoor activities during his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Myrtle. He is also survived by his children Pamela Cosper, Scott Dew, Kelly Lennox, Jody Adamski and their families.
A memorial service will be held in Jerry's honor at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11 a.m., with visitation taking place one hour prior to the service. The Pastor Marshall Holtvluwer will officiate the service.
Memorial contributions can be made in Jerry's name to Hospice of Michigan.
