Glenda May Cotnoir, 79, passed away December 29, 2024, in Traverse City, Michigan.

Glenda was born on February 2, 1945 in Concord, NH to the late Frederick and Gretchen (Selvi) Whitman.

Glenda was a New Englander, through and through, even after 40 years in Florida and 13 years in Michigan. She will be remembered for her unique accent - an eclectic mix of New England and deep South. She was "Aunt Tuffy" to her many nieces and nephews in New Hampshire, and "Mimi" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She made a lasting impression on all those who met her.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband-Orton Turner, second husband-Paul M. Cotnoir, and son Ronald Turner.

Glenda is survived by her children-Sheila Tatman, Scott Turner, Debbie (Ronald) Stewart, Paul J. Cotnoir, and Ed Robertson... grandchildren-Lorelei Jenks, Brooke Tatman, Ryan Turner, Eric Turner, Jamie Turner, Alyssa Turner, Gibson Turner, Abby Conley, and Roland Turner, as well as her beloved great-grandchildren- Aaron, Gwenyth, Aiden, Audrina, Miles, Savannah, and Charlotte.
