Glenn Lee Brown, a longtime resident of Omena, MI., passed away peacefully on Sept. 20, 2014, at his home, at the age of 77. Family members were with him during his short battle with cancer.

Glenn is survived by sisters; Maonie Steele, of Northport, MI., Glenna Penney, his twin sister of Traverse City, Arden Orrell, of Napa, CA., Marcia Scrivano, of Kailua, HI., his brother, Greg Brown, of Kingsley, MI., and partner Mia Powers of Northport, MI. Glenn is also survived by sons; Mark (Susan) of Duluth, MN., Gary (Dotty) of Northport, MI., and Tony (Amanda) of Omena, MI., 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Glenn was a longtime fruit grower and enjoyed many years of running his fruit stand and selling "Great Cherry Pies". He was always ready to lend a helping hand to neighbors, friends and family. Glenn will be missed.

Arrangements for the family have been entrusted to Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
