Guy Milton Garn, 57, of Grawn passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at his home surrounded by his wife and children.
Guy was born on July 28, 1961 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Weldon and Emma (Roth) Garn. He married Pamela Sue Houghton on July 28, 2012 in Copemish, MI.
Guy served in the National Guard for three years. He has lived and worked in the Manton area for many years. Guy enjoyed cruising the back roads with Pam and the dogs, working in their large garden, helping the boys work on vehicles and loved spending time with his 6 grandsons. He loved his family and cherished the time he was able to spend with them.
Fondly, Guy will be remembered as a hard working man and for his sense of humor, willingness to help anyone, and loving heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving Guy is his wife Pam; children, Char (James) Rawson, Raymond Garn, Brian Paige III, Alex Paige; siblings, Doug Garn, Pam (Ken) Bowden, Judy (Jeff) Kimbel, Mark Garn; in-laws, Tricia (Stan) Kirby, Shelly (Jack) Delancey, Lori (Jim) Pickard, mother-in-law Judy (Larry) John; father-in-law Bob Merchant and step mother-in-law Julia Houghton; Grandchildren, Sam, Hunter, Austin and Mason Rawson, Jordan and Kamden Paige and many other family members and friends.
Guy is preceded in death by his parents, son Guy Garn Jr., sister Glenda, brother Howard and beloved dog Lucky.
