Jacob Graham Crawford, 8 months old, passed away September 9, 2013.
Jacob is survived by his parents Jeremy and Sally Crawford, brother Duncan James Crawford, grandparents Lloyd and Christine Jensen of MA, Randy and Tammy Crawford of Birch Run, and Christopher and Patricia Smith of Birch Run.
A memorial service will take place on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 3:30 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church in Traverse City.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 3:00 pm at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Clio.
In leiu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Traverse City; 1003 South Maple, Traverse City, MI, 49684
