James Haynes, of Glen Lake, formerly from Livonia, MI passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at home surrounded by family and friends.

He was born on September 25, 1947 to Ernie and Rose Haynes of Southfield, MI. James was predeceased by his wife, Helen. He was a Vietnam veteran and successfully owned and operated Haynes Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. from 1975 until his retirement in 2010.
He is survived by his sister Carol.
A private burial will be held, as requested.
