Jane Lee Hoxie, 68, of Interlochen went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 30, 2016 at Munson Medical Center with her family by her side.
Jane was born to Harold and Marie (Thistle) Hermann on May 14, 1947 in Minneapolis, MN. Jane received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. While attending college she met the love of her life and married Clinton Hoxie on May 17, 1969 in a ceremony in Marion, IN.
Jane will be remembered most for her servant heart and her beautiful singing voice which she used to bring joy to others and God. In spite of a long illness she was a constant support to her husband, children, and most of all her four grandchildren. She was a true blessing, and her guiding love will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband Clint of Interlochen; daughters Shannon (David) Erhart of Oxford, MS, Ember (John) Keck of Raleigh, NC; brothers John (Lori) Hermann, Rob (Chris) Hermann, Paul (Sandy) Hermann, Ruth (Bruce) McDonald; grandchildren, Emma Erhart, Josh Erhart, Alison Keck and Andrew Keck.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A service for Jane will be held at the Inland Baptist Church at a later date.
In remembrance, memorial donations can be made in Jane's name to Indiana Wesleyan University, College of Arts & Sciences (Music Department), 4201 S. Washington Street, Marion, IN 46953.
