Janet "Jan" Elaine Wyckoff, 84, of Traverse City passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025 at French Manor.
Jan was born on July 15, 1941 in Grant, Michigan. On October 10, 1970 she married Dennis H. Wyckoff who preceded her in death.
She worked at K-Mart for 15 years, drove school bus for 20 years and worked at the Boutique at the Park Place Hotel for many years. Although she was a self-proclaimed quiet person, she made friends wherever she went and will be greatly missed.
Jan was preceded in death by her husband Dennis, parents Leonard and Ferne Garder, sister Anita White, daughter Sherri Giroux and grandson Grant Manner.
Jan is survived by her children Sharon Manner, Garrett (Lisa) Wyckoff, Robert (Victoria) Wyckoff, and 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; sister Susan (David) Burke, many nieces and nephews and very special friend Dee Kratochvil.
The family is honoring her request to be cremated and that there be no funeral.
Memorials may be directed to the Father Fred Foundation or TART.
