Jason Matthew Schaub Jr., 17, of Buckley, MI passed away in a tragic car accident on Monday, October 19, 2020.

Jason was born on June 1, 2003 in Traverse City to Jason Matthew Schaub Sr. and Kimberly Dawn (Pitkavish) Schaub.  Jason was in his senior year at Buckley High School.

Jason worked for his family business Picture Perfect Asphalt since the age of 12.  He was a hard worker and was going to own the business one day.

In his spare time Jason enjoyed fishing, tearing apart appliances, working on his truck, spending time outdoors and being with his friends.

Surviving Jason are his parents, Jason and Kimberly, sisters, Katanna Faith (Ian) Becklund and Destiny Marie Schaub; grandparents, Dennis A. Pitkavish, Dan (Sandy Story) Schaub, niece Heidi Ann Becklund and many other family members and friends.

Jason is preceded in death by his grandmother Nancy Pitkavish, grandmother Linda Dyer, 2nd cousins Al Halloway and Sammy Sclafani and his beloved dog Charlie.

Funeral Services will take place at 2pm on Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Buckley Tabernacle with a visitation held one hour prior.
