Jerry Corwin, 75, of Buckley died November 14, 2021.
Jerry was born on July 23, 1946 in Durand to the late Elmer Russell and Norma Jean (Odell) Corwin.
On October 9, 1965 he married Elnore Anne Rickett.
He was employed at the Interlochen Arts Academy for over 35 years as a maintenance mechanic.
In his free time he enjoyed occasionally going to the casino.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister Bernetta Corwin; son Lawrence Lynn Corwin; and grandson Brandon Corwin.
Jerry is survived by his children Theodore Joseph Corwin, Kenneth Allen (Chris) Corwin, William Russell (Christa) Corwin, Norma Jean Corwin, Jeffrey Scott (Amanda) Corwin and Michael Paul (Jill) Corwin; grandchildren Gabby, Emily, Caleb, Ashley, Andrew Mayleah, Jake, Lauren, Brandon, Brittany, Mikaela, Montana, Brenna, JJ, Cole, Morgan and Victoria; siblings Robert (Sharon) Corwin, Douglas Corwin and Mary Lincoln.
The memorial service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Buckley Tabernacle at 12 noon with visitation beginning one hour prior. Interment will follow at Cornell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Buckley EMT and Fire Department. Envelopes will be available at the service.
