TRAVERSE CITY — Joan Gallagher, 83, of Cincinnati and a recent resident of Traverse City, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012, at her home with family by her side. Joan was born on Aug. 3, 1928, to the late George and Emma (Heimkreiter) Kruck in Cincinnati, Ohio.
