Joanne Jenkins (Weese) of Traverse City Mi, at 93 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 6, 2024. She was born to Cecil and Sylvia Weese on June 29, 1931, in Traverse City Michigan. Joanne was the youngest of five siblings.
She graduated from Central High School in Traverse City. Joanne was married to Dale Jenkins.

Most of all, Joanne enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed camping, dirt track racing, grandchildren's sporting events, gator riding and playing bunco, and her beloved dog Lily Ann.

She is survived by her daughters; Cheryl Erickson of Traverse City (Don), Edie Kalbfleisch (Jeff). Grandchildren; Tasha Yetter, Justin Yetter, Adam Erickson, Kara Cade, Jordan Erickson, Mariah Harris, Austin Kalbfleisch, Blade Kalbfleisch, and spouses. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dale, daughter Shelly Yetter and her parents and siblings. Her grandson Tyson, Great grandson Owen. Jerry Jenkins and Donald Zapfe.

She will be greatly missed by her family but fondly remembered as the kind loving person she was.

Visitation for Joanne will take place on Wednesday August 14, 2024 from 5-7pm at Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home.

Services will take place on Thursday August 15, 2024 with visitation at 10am and services at 11am.
