John L. Mccormick's Obituary
John L. McCormick of Maple City, Michigan, (Glen Lake) died Monday, March 23, 2015, at Munson Medical Center.
John was born on December 17, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Orville and Lillian T. (Koch) McCormick. John served his country, honorably, during the Korean War in the United States Marines. He married his high school sweetheart, Josephine Crabbe, in 1955. John graduated from the University of Cincinnati and had a successful career in the paper industry. He retired and moved to Glen Lake, Michigan, which had been his lifelong dream.
Surviving John is his wife of almost 60 years, daughters, Victoria (Richard) Bromm and Krista (George) Grubb, grandchildren, Ben and Natalie Crooks, Hannah Bromm, George, John and Lilly Grubb.
