Judith Kathrene Kader, 83, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2023. She was born on January 1, 1940, in Bay City, Michigan, to the late Albert and Rita (Connelly) Tacey. She married Abraham Kader on June 6, 1987, also in Bay City. Judith's vibrant spirit and beautiful smile touched the lives of those around her.
In her earlier years, Judith dedicated herself to her kids and working at her brothers' fruit & meat market in Bay City. Later, she split her time between Florida and Michigan before relocating to Traverse City in 2011, drawing closer to her family. Her leisure time was filled with the simple joys of family, reading, walking, and reflecting her appreciation for life's quiet moments.
A devout member of St. Francis and St. Anne's Catholic Churches, Judith found solace and strength in her unwavering faith.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by her children, Mary (Steve) Johnson, Mat(Barb) Gustafson, Jody (Elke) Gustafson, Cecelia (Gary) Bublitz, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, her siblings, Albert Tacey and Terrance Tacey and numerous other family members and friends. May her kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace. Private family services will be held at a later time.
