Judith Ann Perszyk

Judith Ann Perszyk, 68 of Traverse City passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 15 2014 at home with her loving family at her side.

Judi was born on March 25, 1946 to the late Chester A. and Gladys (Bridsey) Nottage. She married the love of her life, Anthony John Perszyk in Norwich, CN, on March 9, 1968. Together they lovingly raised two daughters Dawn and Michelle.

Judi was a talented crafter, and was very fond of sewing and crocheting. Playing both bingo and the piano always brought a smile to her face. Most importantly Judi loved therapy night with all of her kids. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Her tender smile and loving heart will truly be missed by all forever.

Surviving Judi is her husband Anthony, daughters, Dawn (Joseph) Draper, Michelle (Todd) Thomas, grandchildren, Brandon and Nicole Draper, Jerome Wilson, Julia McClintock, siblings, Arthur (Jennifer) Nottage, Ronald Nottage, Richard Nottage, Margaret Werner and many other loving family members and friends.
Judi is preceded in death by her parents and sisters Sue Ann and Cheryl.

Visitation will be held for Judi on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home from 4-8pm with a scripture service held at 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 11am at St. Francis Catholic Church with a visitation held from 10-11am. The Rev. Fr. Kenneth Stachnik will serve as celebrant. Burial will take place at Oakwood Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
